Our individual programmes equip you with nutritional and psychological tools to develop a controlled, long-term healthy relationship with food and break the battle with cravings and emotional eating. 

We currently have 2 plans avaiable with out Nutition Consultant Dr. Werd Al-Najim: 

Basic Plan (3 months)

  • 3x one to one follow up consultations

  • 3x phone consultations

  • Full body analsysis at every visit

  • Cognitive behavioural therapy techniques to help manage emotional/binge eating

  • Weight maintance plan on the last consultation

  • Personalised meal plan according to required calorie intake

  • Shopping list

  • Food recipes

Standard Plan (3 months)

  • Meal replacment milkshake (3 months supply)

  • Protein bars (3 months supply)

  • Weight maintance plan on the last consultation

Medfit runs group programmes which have a maximum of 6 participants. Key aspects of the programme include: interactive group sessions which create a fun and motivating environment, regular contact and motivation from our experts, food diary reviews throughout and a personalised report at the end of the programme.
